It’s A Biblical Catastrophe: Are The Cataclysmic Fires Around The World A Preview Of What Is Coming?

All around the globe, apocalyptic wildfires are erupting and causing unprecedented damage. Despite being a natural phenomenon, the extent and the severity of this year’s fires is something never before witnessed all throughout human history. Just over the past two weeks, historic fires were recorded in the United States, Greece, Italy, Turkey, Lebanon, and Russia. Right at this moment, there are still hundreds of colossal fires raging around the planet and triggering the mass destruction of towns, cities, and millions of acres of agricultural land. As the summer gets hotter and hotter, the flames continue to spread at an alarming pace. Authorities have been warning that more gigantic fires are about to burst in the coming weeks, given that much of North America and Europe are experiencing extremely dry weather conditions.
In California, temperatures have been so high that nearly the entire state is facing “extreme drought” or “exceptional drought”. The bone dry conditions are ideal for the spread of wildfires, that’s why the state has recorded some of the most devastating fires in the history of the U.S. this summer. The Dixie Fire is still burning in two Northern California counties, and it is now considered the largest single wildfire in recorded state history, exploding in size overnight as drought-stricken lands keep fueling the flames. The Dixie has already burned for 23 full days, forced authorities to issue mass evacuation mandates, destroyed the entire Gold Rush town of Greenville, burned down 91 buildings, and damaged five others. Smoke from the blaze reached several parts of Northern California, including the state capital of Sacramento, where the air quality index hit “unhealthy” levels.
However, even though the situation has been looking extremely dire in California right now, in Greece, conditions are even worse.
In vast stretches of the country, absolutely enormous wildfires have emerged this week creating an unexpected national emergency. The raging flames have ripped through parts of Greece for six straight days, forcing thousands to evacuate as the blazes threatened entire towns and burned down homes, stores, and vast areas of land in their path. Prior to the Greece fires, the ravaging wildfires in Turkey were making the headlines all over Europe. According to NASA, due to a severe heatwave and following months of dry weather, Turkey is facing some of its worst wildfires in years. At one point in the past week, more than 130 wildfires were raging simultaneously across 30 Turkish provinces. Meanwhile, in the northern hemisphere, the scale of the wildfires in Russia has been shocking.
Although they haven’t been reported by the corporate media in the western world, wildfires in Russia have burned millions of acres in Siberia alone. The extraordinary forest fires, have already burned through 1.5m hectares – or approximately 3.7m acres – of land in north-east Siberia, and have released choking smog across Russia’s Yakutia region, where officials have exposed that this summer’s weather was the driest in the past 150 years. A recent NASA report describes that smoke from the massive Siberia wildfires has reached the geographic North Pole “for the first time in recorded history, while the forest blazes themselves are bigger than all the other wildfires currently burning in the world combined.”
When a fire starts to ripple through the North Pole, that’s a major sign of how rapidly the climate crisis is worsening. In fact, all of these fires should be a huge wake-up call for the entire world, because they seem to be a preview of what is coming ahead. Sadly, most people remain unaware of the disasters that are looming on the horizon. However, we must pay attention to all global events unfolding right now, because when we least expect they might converge and lead us to the end of the world as we know it. Disasters have become so common in recent years, that we have grown accustomed to using words like “apocalyptic”, “catastrophic” and “cataclysmic” without giving proper consideration to what this actually means. It means that our planet is collapsing and events are starting to accelerate. Our planet is changing faster than most dare to imagine, and what we’re experiencing right now is just a taste of what will happen when things hit the point of no return.”
