The “US Agency for International Development” sure seems to like spending money on things that seemingly have nothing to do with “international development,” like trans surgeries and LGBT activism in Guatemala, helping the BBC value the diversity of Libyan society, and promoting inclusion in Vietnam (through TWO SEPARATE groups…how inclusive). Glenn reads through a list of often-vague expenditures compiled by DOGE and wonders…how many governments could USAID (a CIA front) have influenced or flipped with this amount of cash?
