The FBI has arrested a man from Afghanistan for planning an ISIS-linked Election Day attack on Americans. To make matters worse, he was a security guard for the CIA back in Afghanistan and was brought here by our government after its botched withdrawal. So, what happened here? Was he radicalized before or after we brought him here?
