My 11-year-old son Angelo Franchi just completed the most important investigation ever conducted inside the White House press area. While the mainstream media spends their days asking questions about policy and politics, our youngest Next News Network correspondent went undercover on a mission that NO journalist has ever dared to pursue: finding the White House snack machine.
This is a special Next News Network family production filmed on location at the White House in Washington D.C. during our April 2026 coverage week. Lead reporter Angelo Franchi, age 11, takes you behind the scenes of the White House press room, through the hallways where the biggest decisions in American history are made, and deep into the most classified snack territory in the United States government.
Produced by Angie Franchi. Camera and editing by Gary Franchi, Next News Network founder and Chief White House Correspondent.
As a credentialed member of the White House press corps, I have had the incredible privilege of bringing my family to Washington D.C. and giving my sons a firsthand look at how the American government operates. This week our boys served as NNN Junior Reporters, and Angelo took his assignment VERY seriously. The result is this special segment we are calling Mission Snack Search, a behind the scenes White House adventure that proves even in the most powerful building on Earth, you still need fuel to get through the day.
This is the kind of content you will never see from CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, or any legacy media outlet. While corporate journalists fight over narratives and spin, the Franchi family is giving you a real, authentic, unfiltered look at life inside the White House press room. No teleprompters. No talking points. Just an 11-year-old kid on a mission with a camera and a dream of finding chips and candy in the most secure building in Washington.
Angelo walked through the same hallways where presidents have made history. He explored the same press area where journalists from around the world gather every single day to cover the Trump administration. And he did what none of them have ever done on camera. He found the snacks. He analyzed the snacks. And he reported on the snacks with the professionalism of a seasoned White House correspondent.
Next News Network has been delivering independent conservative news and commentary since 2012. With over two million subscribers on YouTube, NNN has grown into one of the most trusted names in independent media. Our coverage of the Trump administration, breaking political news, White House press briefings, and America First policy has reached hundreds of millions of viewers who are hungry for the truth the mainstream media refuses to deliver. Gary Franchi reports live from the White House press briefing room with exclusive access, behind the scenes footage, and analysis you will not find anywhere else on YouTube.
This special family segment is part of our ongoing mission to show you the real side of what happens at the White House. Not everything is politics. Not everything is controversy. Sometimes the best story in Washington is an 11-year-old boy exploring the most famous building in America and discovering that journalists need snacks just like everybody else.
